阳煤集团一矿高风速采煤工作面粉尘综合治理

Dust Comprehensive Management of High Wind Coalface in Yangquan Coal Mine

摘要: 针对采煤工作面的高浓度粉尘严重危害职工身体健康,而且作业环境的高污染状况也不利于提高生产效率的情况。在分析阳煤集团一矿高风速采煤工作面产尘特点的基础上,详细介绍了采用综合防降尘技术对进风巷、采煤工作面及回风巷的粉尘进行治理。治理结果表明,经过治理后阳煤集团一矿高风速采煤工作面降尘效率能达到90%以上,有效地改善了采煤工作面的劳动条件。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of dust producing characteristics of high wind coalface in Yangquan coal mine, dust composite control technology was used to control the dust in the inlet Lane, crushers, coal face and the return airway. The results showed that the dust control efficiency can reach above 90%, and the working condition in coal mining face was improved effectively.
